The modular photo wall can be made in any size/configuration to fit your space. The standard image size is 8"x10". One end of the outer frame is removable which allows you to remove, replace and reconfigure your wall images any time in a matter of minutes. In some cases clients have inserted monthly news letters, or rotating photos pertaining to events etc.

A typical photo wall might be three to four images high and 7-10 images wide. This configuration would measure approximately three to four feet high and approximately seven to ten feet long. The short vertical frame pieces slide into place while the longer horizontal frame pieces remain fastened in place. There is a nice outer frame which encloses the whole system as one big picture frame.

Each photo wall comes with your desired color of 1/16" bevel cut matt board 1/8" backer board and standard cut single strength glass to fit the frame. Non glare glass is a better choice although is a bit more expensive and is supplied upon request at an additional cost. We find that standard glass in most cases is sufficient, non-glare glass is recommended for environments which have glare or lighting from many angles which can cause reflections in the glass to a degree where viewing the image can be distracting.

The photo wall comes delivered and assembled less the glass which is ordered locally as this tends to be safer then shipping and cost effective. We can arrange with a local company for the glass to be cut to size and delivered to you. The wood used for the photo wall displayed here is Cherry and is stained with a warm light brown finish. Other woods recommended at a similar cost would be White Oak, Maple, or walnut, there are many others as well.

Installation of the wall is very easy. Any finish carpenter can easily install one unit in a couple hours by simply fastening the photo wall to the wood or metal framing studs in the wall. The main/back surface area of the photo wall is a high quality 1/2" veneer core plywood and makes for easy installation.
